Point Ruston - Tacoma, WA

  • The Point Ruston project consists of the new construction of 20 plus large mixed us buildings along the Ruston Way, WA waterfront.

    Emerald City Construction installed the metal flashings at door pan, corner boot, deck to wall and drip edge location on all balcony decks, breezeways, walkways etc. This was followed by the installation of a 4 coat pedestrian traffic coating system.

    Additional scopes included sloping, sealants, fire stop, elevator pit waterproofing, concrete repair, and waterproofing.

Inland Polaris 1-4

  • Inland Polaris phases 1-4 was a new construction project in the Seattle, WA area. The buildings are mixed use. Emerald City Construction’s scope included below grade waterproofing, hot applied waterproofing, plaza waterproofing, concrete repair, and sealants.

Modera River Trail Northgate

  • The Modera River Trail Northgate was a large new construction mixed use project. Emerald City Construction’s scope included handrail fabrication and installation, metal flashings, sealants, below grade waterproofing, concrete repair, plaza waterproofing and hot applied waterproofing.
